What is it about?
Selecting the most viable embryo with an objective and quantitative method is important for mother's health and for economical reasons. We used Raman spectroscopy and band component analysis to find the most viable embryo using spent embryo cultures and we found sensitivity and specificity of 93% and 77% according to the pregnancy outcome, respectively.
