What is it about?
This paper aims to present a hands-on approach to disaster preparedness that transcends the traditional/typical theory-based and descriptive narratives found in the literature. It is an attempt toward promoting new patterns of thinking and action that are more applicable and compatible with real-life scenarios that support communities in facing major incidents.
