What is it about?
The stability of smooth solutions of anisotropic surface quasi-geostrophic equation with horizontal dissipation remains open problem. In this work, we present a partial answer to this problem in a rougher function space. The main tools used are the Littlewood-Paley theory and standard techniques.

Why is it important?
The work gives a partial answer to the open problem in mathematical fluid mechanics.
Perspectives
We plan to use anisotrophic functions spaces in other unsolved problems.
