What is it about?

SERS was employed to analyze the degree of degranulation of mast cells induced by low-intensity laser.High-quality SERS spectra of cell culture supernatants were obtained with the enhancement of silver nanoparticles.Combined with principal component analysis (PCA) and linear discriminant analysis (LDA), the degree of cell degranulation can be distinguished with high sensitivity and specificity.

Why is it important?

This exploratory work demonstrates that the SERS technique combined with PCA-LDA algorithms possesses great promise for distinguishing the degree of degranulation of cells.


It is my pleasure for publication! I am happy to share our works with peer researchers in same field.This article demonstrates that SERS technique combined with PCA-LDA algorithms can distinguish the level of MCs degranulaiton, and this method can also be applied to other related field.
