What is it about?

Family member involvement in audiology appointments could provide substantial benefits to the patient and audiologist. This study examined patients' perspectives on such family involvement. Results indicate that patients' feelings on family involvement is mixed. The importance of family involvement in audiology appointments should be emphasized both to practicing audiologists and to patients.
