Why is it important?

Older people show faster forgetting than younger people. However, they do benefit from the practice of retrieving the information they need to remember at different intervals. This retrieval practice enhances recolletion and contrasts forgetting.

Perspectives

It is interesting and relevant every time a study shows that older people can improve their performance with little efforts and simple strategies.
