What is it about?

Much computer training is either self-paced or lecture-based. In this study, we compared self-paged, lecture-based, and behavior modeling-based training to train U.S. Navy staff in basic computer training. Particularly for behavior change one month after training, the behavior modeling training was superior to other instructional approaches. Implications for computer training are discussed.
