Why is it important?

This study is important because sleep apnea is one of the main sleep disorders that working adults face and treatment for sleep apnea is highly effect. Thus, getting diagnosed and treated for sleep apnea will improve ones life, including your working life. As well this shows how physical health related problems outside of work can negatively impact work and thus the importance of looking after ones physical health.

Perspectives

This study was one of the studies from my dissertation, so having it published and being read but others is the highlight of my career thus far.
