What is it about?

Turbulent business environments require responsive teams able to rapidly react to an unpredictable change. Our results show that, under these conditions, teams composed of future-oriented members are more likely to obtain positive results, as they are willing to immediately improvise a new solution.

Our findings help organizations operating in turbulent and rapidly changing business environments, identifying team characteristics that enable them to better respond to unpredictable interruptions in time-constrained conditions.

Perspectives

Writing this article was a pleasure and a very relevant learning process. My co-authors played a key role and were crucial to the final result of the article. Throughout my professional life I have always been involved in teams that needed to adapt quickly. This article helps me to better understand how to do it.
