About my research
Dr. A. Vinodan is an Associate Professor, researcher, and sustainability scholar specializing in responsible business practices, sustainable tourism, ESG frameworks, cultural heritage, and inclusive development. He earned his Ph.D. in Management from Cochin University of Science and Technology and has published extensively in ABDC A-ranked and Scopus Q1 journals from leading publishers, including Springer Nature, Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, SAGE Publishing, and Emerald Publishing. His research focuses on ESG-linked policy frameworks, SDG localization, sustainable livelihoods, artisan entrepreneurship, and community-centered sustainability transitions, with several works recognized by organizations such as the United Nations Environment Programme and the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change. Dr. Vinodan is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and a Certified Management and Business Educator (CMBE), UK. He has authored and edited books with leading international publishers and actively contributes to policy-oriented research, sustainability pedagogy, and interdisciplinary scholarship with grassroots-level impact.
