What is it about?
English computer terms that are rapidly making their way into the Spanish language press, becoming adapted to Spanish by following pronunciation and grammar rules, and forming the basis for the creation of new words in Spanish.

Why is it important?
Because borrowing is one of the ways languages expand their vocabulary, and due to computers and the Internet, it is the first time we can see it happening quickly.
Perspectives
This paper was a jumping off point for further exploration of the same topic. It gave me research to build on for future articles. Plus I just find it really interesting to see how language changes.
