What is it about?
This paper uses critical discourse analysis to examine the anti-immigration rhetoric of Hungary's Viktor Orbán during the so-called "refugee crisis" of 2015. We demonstrate how Orbán uses discourses of fear to create a negative perception of migrants and Europeans and positive constructions of "traditional" Hungarians.
