We include summaries of phase 3 trials - MARIPOSA and PAPILLON in adult patients with a type of lung cancer called non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with mutations in epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) gene. The MARIPOSA study evaluated efficacy and safety of amivantamab plus lazertinib, as compared to osimertinib in previously untreated patients with NSCLC with specific mutations in EGFR gene (exon 19 deletions or exon 21 L858R substitution mutations). The PAPILLON study investigated a new potential treatment in patients with NSCLC that have EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations.
