What is it about?

This builds upon Verbos et al. (2007) on positive ethical organizations by conceptualizing the normative foundations of ethical organizational identities. In other words, where companies and researchers can go next in looking at the substance of an ethical organizational identity. We elevate common sense notions that just, caring, and brave individuals are moral to how an organization may exhibit or build toward these attributes at an organizational level.
