Why is it important?
The paper gives explanations on how to use a device generating an artificial solution in a horizontal flow in the ocean or a river as a vortex concentrator of the Pitot-Prandtl tube to extract the potential power of water in any boundary conditions for applying the law of conservation of energy.
Perspectives
Here is my long-term scientific work of preserving the environment in the difficult conditions of a sole researcher of a new energy source, surrounded by rivals from a global energy program using atomic energy and fossil fuels, covering vast areas of the earth with solar panels and limiting the surface of the oceans with a palisade of windmills.
