Why is it important?

The owner's main concerns in the decision making processes are the financial and physical aspects. Information integration is essential to ensure smooth information flows and critical interfaces between the early project phases, design, construction and handover and operation of the completed building. Value management processes can similarly facilitation co-creation and collaboation that can provide added value. Facility Management can increase the productivity and thereby improve the core business' value creation.
