What is it about?
My book 'Transforming Performance Anxiety Treatment Using Cognitive Hypnotherapy and EMDR' is about performance anxiety in different domains, in music, sport and anxiety in the workplace. Through nine of my case studies the reader is taken to the heart of the experience and introduced to two therapies that have been scientifically proven to be very effective that give rapid resolution to this problem.

Why is it important?
This book is unique as it is the first to examine cognitive hypnotherapy and EMDR for this condition. Transforming Performance Anxiety Treatment is a 'must read' for those who experience performance anxiety in any domain as well as practitioners and therapists, educators, professionals and therapists working within competitive sports.
Perspectives
I hope the reader finds this book helpful and informative. The aim is to help those suffering from this debilitating condition and through the case studies enable individuals to be aware that there are effective and long lasting cures for this distressing problem. My book explores performance anxiety and also challenges the dogma and effectiveness of preferred therapies in use. It has been endorsed by three leading academics in the field.
