What is it about?

The article examines the suitability of qualitative methodology for studying a military organization based on experience of researching the Slovenian Armed Forces. It is concluded that the triangulation of various methods as well as researchers has proven to be the most appropriate when facing rigid military rules. The authors emphasize the challenges and limitations of researching people who have been ordered to participate and yet not to share to deep feelings or inconvinient observations.
