Co-inhalation of roflumilast+fluticasone more significantly improved asthma than co-inhalation of formoterol+fluticasone in mice. Further studies are needed to help confirm the potential off-label add-on use of roflumilast in typical and atypical asthma and Asthma-COPD Overlap Syndrome
