Why is it important?
It is widely believed that intake of fruits, vegetables and physical exercise is beneficial to prevent the diseases. In many countries recommendation for an antithrombotic diet and adequate physical exercise has been proposed by the relevant health authorities. But exercise has been debated on ‘exercise paradox’ or ‘double-edged sword’. Innovative tests could give the answer.
