Application of Mitra ® Microsampling for Pharmacokinetic Bioanalysis of Monoclonal Antibodies in Rats

What is it about?

For the first time, we are sharing exciting result of applying Mitra® Microsamplers as an alternative blood sampling method on monoclonal antibody drug PK studies in small animals. Data from Mitra® Microsamplers is very similar to that from the popular sampling methods: serum and liquid whole blood. Mitra® Microsamplers have advantages other methods don't have and could be considered a good alternative for future small animal studies.
