What is it about?

A sensitive bioanalytical method using peptide nucleic acid-fluorescence probe and HPLC analysis was developed and validated according to FDA/EMA guidance on bioanalytical method validation. The method provides 3-fold dynamic range and only requires 25 microliter of plasma sample. The validated method was successfully applied to support toxicokinetic sample analyses.
