Lipopeptides as Therapeutics: Applications and In Vivo Quantitative Analysis

What is it about?

A number of novel lipopeptides have possible therapeutic potential. However, lipopeptides have specific physicochemical properties that make their determination in biological samples challenging. We describe analytical methods currently utilized for quantification of lipopeptides with emphasis on immunoassays and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry methods.
