What is it about?

Although microRNA's primary function is believed to be translation inhibition of mRNA, various other functions are found. In this paper, we have suggested that micorRNA can take place transcription processes with affecting histone modification.

Why is it important?

Using bioinftomatic analysis, we identify that various histone modification was possible affected by miRNA targetting.

Perspectives

I am interested in miRNA regulation of target genes. Previously, I found that promoter methylation was affected miRNA targetting. In this paper, I showed that histone modification was also so.
