Unicystic ameloblastoma

What is it about?

This case report highlights about one such unique case which was diagnosed as odontogenic keratocyst on clinical, radiographic findings. But after performing a histopathological study it revealed as rare form of unicystic ameloblastoma i.e. plexiform variety. How it was mimicking clinically & radiographically with odontogenic keratocyst has been explained.
