What is it about?
This book focuses on how family caregivers can safely and effectively support loved ones at home using evidence-based integrative care approaches. As more people live with chronic illness, disability, or long-term recovery needs, families increasingly take on caregiving roles without adequate training or guidance. The book brings together research-based knowledge on therapies such as aromatherapy, music therapy, massage, mindfulness, assistive technologies, and digital health tools, translating scientific evidence into practical, easy-to-use guidance. Each chapter is designed to help caregivers understand what works, what is safe, and how to apply these approaches responsibly in everyday home care settings.
