What is it about?

The landscape in which the records managers is changing at a very fast pace. Not only new tools and new shapes of information arise, but the whole context of the work is changing. That means that the records management profession needs to change its DNA. Helped by philosophers like Alessandro Baricco and Luciano Floridi, and by new emerging discplines in the feld of information science, the author describes this changing landscape and the corresponding needs for changing the records management profession.
