What is it about?

The experimental work continues the study of self-assembled levitating droplet clusters for the laboratory investigations of biochemical processes in micron-sized droplets. A physical analysis of the new results is important for further studies.

Why is it important?

The use of small droplets as microreactors is promising due to the expected acceleration of organic reactions with decreasing droplet size.

Perspectives

Our research group consider further experimental studies of controlled clusters containing droplets of different water solutions.
