What is it about?

Alternate braille displays are those displays in which braille is not presented in the conventional 6 dot pattern with 2 columns of three dots each.We have for the first time reviewed the different ways in which braille has been presented to users.

Why is it important?

A significant finding is that braille presented in these methods is sensed comfortably. These methods are mainly used in the presentation of short text messages.
