What is it about?

IgLON5-Syndrome is a recently known antibody-mediated disease that was originally associated with sleep-related disturbancies and central symptom like parkinsonism, chorea and limb ataxia. We describe the first case of a patient with IgLON5-syndrome and generalized neuromyotonia, resembling a peripheral involvement in this previously described mainly central disease.
