Why is it important?

The findings of this study show that gender differences are important when unraveling the sexual harassment causal chain.


I hope that this article not only highlights the potentially devastating effects of workplace sexual harassment for both men and women, but also show that the chain of outcomes can be drastically different between the two biological genders.
