Why is it important?
It is highly significant to raise awareness among the young people on the importance of media literacy. College students need to be taught how to discern between the facts and falsifications published in social nets.
Perspectives
The content posted to social media and social nets may influence minds of the young audiences. Media literacy needs to be taught to students on all grade levels, including but not limited to the college students.
