What is it about?

There is a talionic punishment for the Watchers. Seeing lovely women was the beginning of their sin, and seeing something horrible—the deaths of their beloved sons, the children of their sinful unions—was the punishment. Hence, the punishment of the Watchers is not, as it may appear, just an exercise in extreme cruelty by God but a logical response to the original offence.
