Why is it important?
In a time when educators and nurses are in short supply, assisting them to recognise their strengths can assist them to be more effective and to recognise the emotional cost of caring. This will help them advocate for better wages and conditions.
Perspectives
This is an important discussion. Empathy and narrative are very important in the caring professions, but rarely discussed.
