What is it about?
A controller has been designed to maintain the angle-of-attack and sideslip angle of the hypersonic vehicle within the prescribed values, without compromising the stability of the system.

Why is it important?
First, in this paper, a full Six-DOF hypersonic vehicle model is presented, which is collected from open literature for the same vehicle. One of the major advantages of this is model is that it gives a platform to other researchers to test their innovative control algorithms. Secondly, this paper proposes a generic state-constrained control formulation, which is also augmented with adaptive control architecture.
Perspectives
One of the big obstacles in the research on hypersonic vehicle control is the unavailability of the full Six-DOF hypersonic vehicle model. Therefore, I hope this article will enhance the research in the domain of hypersonic control.
