Perspectives

This article in International Affairs is my first (co-authored) paper in an international journal. International Affairs was founded in the aftermath of the First World War, when the study of international politics became and academic affair. My early writings in Dutch remain unnoticed, which is familair to many academics working in a native language that is not English.
