What is it about?

Solid Lipid Nanoparticles, modified with a layer-by-layer self-assembled natural polymeric shell, are a stable, reproducible and time-/dose-controlled anti-cancer drug delivery system. Given their targetability, localized and potent cytotoxic potential, overcoming multi-drug resistant cancer cells, they seems suitable for potential nanoncologic applications.
