Using technology to analyze text

What is it about?

Natural language processing (NLP) technology is a way to automatically analyze text, like survey responses that people write out. NLP can help us to figure out what people mean and the themes of what they are writing and saying. We wanted to compare NLP to a traditional analysis by humans. We discuss how NLP and humans together can do a more thorough analysis.
