Why is it important?

Stigma is the (incorrect) belief that seeking help with you Mental Health will lead to negative outcomes. Stigma stops people who really need help, from asking for it; this may result in poor quality of life or lives lost.

Perspectives

Games give people a safe space to talk, explore, and ask questions. Let's use games to reduce stigma. Let's use games to help people talking about difficult and sensitive topics. Even one life lost or harmed by Mental Health stigma is too many. We need to help each other, so no one is alone.
