What is it about?
The articles presents our focus group and Delphi method data about recruiting family caregivers with loved ones with a serious illness. Overcoming recruitment challenges in caregiver research, especially in palliative care is imperative. We used a multistep approach to test recruitment efforts in this difficult to reach population and several important elements that should be utilized with online/social media recruitment for this population.

One of the primary challenges for recruitment of family caregivers is being able to access this population and online recruitment through social media is an option for recruitment.
