Why is it important?
If a counterfeited drug or an adulterated drug enters in the supply chain, it will reach to the user or the patient. Using this type of drug can have a serious impact on the patient's life, it may lead to serious injuries or may be death. So it is very important to have a robust supply chain system pharmaceutical industries.
