ESR is a nonspecific inflammatory biomarker elevated in many inflammato ry conditions.In making decisions, about life threatening conditions Such as CAD which may lead to ACS or AMI . deciding solely upon ESR is critical and other biomarkers Such as copeptin, troponin-i may be helpful by the first decision is based on patient's clinical symptoms, History other biomarkers such as CPK, LDH & trponin. ESR may not be so much helpful
