What is it about?
The paper describes the community knowledge of Epilepsy and how they manage it at that level. Most community members described Epilepsy as a disease of sudden falling that starts during childhood due to some illnesses. Most families with Epilepsy patients had given up on management since all their efforts did not yield positive results.

The Ugandan Ministry of Health should conduct a thorough community diagnosis of Epilepsy and provide medical support for the affected families
