Why is it important?
A combination of right and left ventricular outflow tract obstruction, as it occurred in our patient, is an unusual finding. The case report is focused mainly on the diagnostic work-up in the light of the current guidelines as the patient refused from treatment.
Perspectives
We discuss the clinical presentation, diagnostic procedures, treatment opportunities for the patient based on review of literature and actual recommendations.
