What is it about?
In this study, service quality of airports handled the most passengers in Europe in 2016 was evaluated. The data used in study were obtained from the Skytrax website and included queuing times, terminal cleanliness, terminal seating, terminal signs, food beverages, wifi connectivity and airport staff criteria. Firstly, the most important criteria for entropy weighting are wifi connectivity, terminal seating and queuing times, respectively. Then the TOPSIS method was used to sort the airports.
