What is it about?

This article describes how we selected HIV positive donors for HIV positive patients who needed a transplant. The article is written from the perspective that all our donors were deceased donors. It specifically focuses on tests that were done in the donors and reports on how recipients who received the organs did. The focus of the article is about donor selection, rather than recipient outcomes.
