Developing new / improved mobile routes to content has widespread implications within an organization. This article profiled one organization's experience by talking to the range of individuals involved, and writing up their perspectives, decisions, and experiences.
Why is it important?
Back in 2011, many publishers felt they needed to have a dedicated mobile interface to their content, but few were clear what they were aiming for or how to get there. This article provided timely guidance and, in sharing experience, helped inform other publishers' decisions.
