What is it about?

Losartan and candesartan improved hepatic fibrosis in rats possibly through angiotensin-II receptor blocking, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory activities. Only candesartan improved motor dysfunction possibly due to better brain penetration and slower “off-rate” from the receptors.
