What is it about?

Objective: This study aimed to find out what helps women entrepreneurs become good managers. We looked at three things: money challenges, rules and laws, and support from people. Research Design & Methods: To do this, we made a plan based on what we learned from other studies. Then, we asked 120 women entrepreneurs in Poland some questions to make a measuring tool. After checking if the measuring tool was good, we asked 140 women entrepreneurs in Malaysia the same questions and used a special way to understand the answers. Findings: We found that money challenges, rules and laws, and support from people are very important for women entrepreneurs' skills. But, we also learned that these things are different in Poland and Malaysia. In Poland, women entrepreneurs think being strong, taking risks, being responsible, patient, and hardworking are key. In Malaysia, they think being patient, independent, confident, responsible, brave, and good with people is most important. Implications & Recommendations: This study helps people in business and government know what matters for women entrepreneurs. It can help make it easier for women to start and run businesses and prevent problems. Contribution & Value Added: Our study gives new information about what helps women entrepreneurs in countries like Malaysia and Poland. It also gives practical ideas for making rules and plans that encourage women to start businesses.
