Smart Wearable and Collaborative Technologies offer great potential for the Operator 4.0 to create a safer and more productive workplace in the present and post-COVID digital manufacturing worlds. In this paper, we introduce a framework and provide recommendations to achieve a smarter and more sustainable work and workplace for the Workforce 4.0.
